Great service & aftercare from the guys at James Glen. The car itself was ridiculously well presented for its age, the offer on the car I traded in was very fair & when I had an issue after 6 weeks/500 miles (which to be fair could have easily happened on a 5 year old car, never mind a 16 year old one!), the process to get the repair carried out was absolutely seamless. I’ve previously sold another of my vehicles here through their purchasing service, and if you have the kind of car they stock in good condition, the process is utterly painless. Highly recommended.

I've been driving the same car for 14 years and deciding to get a new one was a big deal for me and spent quite a while looking for the right car and after a few months of looking I finally found one I loved online at James Glen Car Sales and decided to go have a look and met Spencer who showed me the car and told me all about it. The experience I had with Stephen, Spencer and Lee was absolutely faultless. I could not recommend the guys at James Glen enough to buy your next car from.It was so refreshing to see a car dealership prepare their cars so scrupulously for sale as they did to the Golf R32 I recently purchased from them. The front drivers side wing had previously been resprayed, and Spencer had told me during our initial phone call that the car was already booked to go into their paint-shop to have it corrected, something I would never have expected them to have done! Further to this, the interior and exterior detail done on the car was outstanding.I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone looking for a new car!

Once in their possession, their expert in house team ensure the car is prepped and presented to the highest standard with no stone unturned. Every car is machine polished and detailed whilst paying care and attention to every little detail. Whether that be perfectly detailed stripes in the carpets to an engine bay you could eat your dinner off. I am rather particular when it comes to sourcing a used car and want to find those gems that have full service history, have been well cherished and looked after how I would any of my cars, with all the toys and goodies that make it that little bit special. Stephen is the master at sourcing these cars and marketing them to the best of their ability. From the detailed photographs for advertising, a full detailed and honest walk around video on youtube or simply the impeccable customer service when dealing with Stephen or any of his team. Every member of the team when I collected my car made an effort to make me feel welcome from the detailers, to the sales execs and of course Stephen the director. They really have an amazing team behind the business. Stephen made the whole buying process a breeze, no pushy sales tactics, just a genuine guy with a wealth of knowledge and experience not to mention fellow petrol head with a passion for cars running through his veins.
