Thankfully now, we are seeing the back of the harshest winter for 30 years. I don't know about you, but I have had more than enough shovelling snow to last for a life time! Soon summer will be here and it will seem like an eternity ago!
For our regular visitors, you are probably wondering what the new window is on the left hand side of this page. This is our Twitter Widget! (for want of a better name!) In here you can see what's Due In/Just Arrived and a little insight into the inner workings of James Glen.
Trying to keep with the times in the ever growing world of the internet, this is our first attempt at the Social Network and hope that it allows you to get to know 'Us' rather than just being another 'Faceless Garage'. Feel free to 'Follow Us' and keep up to date with what's happening in James Glen Cars.
Also new is our venture onto YouTube. As most of you may know, we have offered additional photos of our cars for some time now, but with the ever increasingly resilient firewalls and junk filters the sending of large email attachments was getting ever more difficult. Now, rather than sending the presentation directly by email, our videos are all uploaded onto YouTube making it easier for everyone. They can even be view in HD! Please feel free to email us with the car in question and we will send the link straight across.
Our biggest aim is to make customers feel as much at ease as possible, knowing that the car they come to see is an exact representation of the car they found advertised. We've all been there. Its not nice.
Telephone deposits are taken regularly. This is simply to prevent the car being sold whilst travelling arrangements are made.
Should our description be inaccurate, or the car is tangibly different to that of the car advertised, not only will your deposit be refunded in full, but also any reasonable travelling expenses on top.
Finally can I take this opportunity to thank everyone who has given us all the positive feedback on our presentation and customer service and look forward to seeing you all back when its time for a change.
